I have jotform application form live right now -- has been since mid February. I keep hearing that people are applying, but the applications don't show up. Clearly, I set up something wrong. But now I don't even know how to get into our account. I'm sure I had a sign-in name and password at the time when I created the application form but now? I don't know either one. Can you help?
