how to get my suspended forms enable

    Your account was autosuspended by the phishing detector system because it was asking for banking information.


    You agreed upon acceptance of the Terms of Use that the Company ( meaning Jotform) may terminate your Jotform service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining sensitive information, such as and not limited to: credit cards, Social Security Numbers or login credentials, or any other sensitive personal information such as banking sensitive coding.



    Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect sensitive information using plain text fields. However, this information may be allowed provided with an agreement displayed on the form and a signature field, enabling form encryption.


    We request you to take a look at the following thread that provides with more information in this regard.



    I have enabled the account for now so that you can make the changes to the form as mentioned.

    Free accounts are not considered to be left without suspension once the phishing detector screens them. Paid accounts will allow you to be considered for retention.
