I have been unable to log on to the system.

    I have been unable to log on to the system.  I have tried several times over the past week without success.  

    The system used to remember us, however, now it is asking for login details.  I am using the correct username and password.  My colleague has also experienced problems logging in. 

    I am unable to provide a URL of the page I am seeking to access because I can't get in to the system.

    I can see that your account is active without any problems. Are you referring to another account that you're trying to login it? You can try clearing the cache on your browser, and logging on back again. 

    If you face any problems, you can reset your password using "Forgot Password" option on the login menu.
