No veo mis formularios

No veo mis formularios los puedo editar pero no publicar o compartir

Ayer de repente me bloquearon la ip de mi celu y dejo de verse la aplicacion.

cree varias cuentas cree un form nuevo importando el formulario bloqueado y se ve 1 o 2 veces y despues se bloquea 

no se que esta pasando , se puede solucionar ?

Si las pruebas funcionaban pensaba pasar a una categoria paga , el tema es Mañana tengo que confirmar si sirve el sistema o no.

I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm.
