    Not receving email

    I currently have the form that I created with JotForm on a testsite. Everything seems to work correctly, but I am not receiving an email when a visitor sends any type of message.

    The current URL is http://testsite.axcracing.com/Contact_Us.htm

    When I check here at the JotForm website, everything has gone through...but when I check the email where I want to receive these...there is nothing there...

    If possible, please send response to rosebud579@yahoo.com. This is my primary email address.

    Your email address is not on our bounce list. However I recommend you to change on your email notification settings  your Sender -Email address  to noreply@jotform.com


    Also, please add Jotmails IP ADDRESSES to your whitelist (or ask your service provider to do it for you)

    In the meantime , you download the excel file with your submissions or the CSV

    If these hints don't, work please feel free to look for more assistance

    Hi, in addition to the information/suggestions that jeanette had already provided, can you please confirm also to us as to which email account you are not recieving it?

    The one you mentioned on your post does not associate to a JotForm account. And I will assume this is not the email account you were refering to.

    Please update us.

    The email address (rosebud579@yahoo.com) is not the one that I used to setup the account. It is just easier for me to access, as that is my personal email address. The danny@axcracing.com email belongs to the person who I am creating the contact form for, so I have to wait for them to forward me any responses you may send.  

    I will change the embedded code as Jeanette previously suggested. It will be a few days before I will be able to do that, but I will give you an update as to whether or not that solved everything.

    Just wanted to let you guys know that I changed the embedded code and went live with the test site last week. I tested the email form today and everything is working perfectly. Thanks so much!
