Our user named "alexsmith" has reported us that when submitting the form blank Thank You page appears instead of the default Thank You page.
I've tested the form by fulfilling it and I have seen the following screen after submitting the form:
I have cloned the form on my side in order to test it. The issue still persists.

The ticket has already been assigned to one of our developers in the priority of Important. Ticket status is seen as opened. I will follow up the situation of this ticket with our developer and let you know via this thread once I learn anything.

First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience. The problem was because you had an single quote character in background url. I was deleted it and your form is all good now.
