My signature box is not showing up on my form.

    My signature box is not showing up on my form.

     

    After entering a coupon code, nothing happens. The page just sits there. I think it's because the signature is required, but it's not being signed since the box is not visible.

    Hello doulacolleen,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your webpage and found that you have added your form's direct URL. Your form does display the "Smooth Signature" widget correctly. I was able to input coupon code and submit the form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
