I have all submissions as read but "My Forms" still shows one unread.

I have one item stuck under my forms "Repairs/Maintenance Request Forms" - even though I have viewed every single one it still shows a one new one there.

Can you please release it?

You should click on "Mark All as Read" option under "More" header menu. Please check the screenshot below:
