    Export Data: Why export process is stuck and cannot view details?

    My request for Downlod my data steel stud. Cant Download.

    I've checked this on my end and I can see it works; however, I can see the process is stuck on your account. 

    I will report it to our second level so our developers can investigate it and resolve it, we will let you know as soon as we get any update about it.

    Hi,

    looks like a temporary problem, we didn't define the problem, but we are working on it.

    We added a new feature. When your process is stuck, you can delete this process.And You can make a new request. It is working this process properly when I tested it on your account.
