I understand i cant ask for login credentials but it shouldnt have let me put it in. Can you unlock my account and let me use these forms please.

Hello, MansaPromo. Typing the word login may mean lots of things, and likewise the word password. It may not mean in an instant that people would be creating login forms, and for this reason why we cannot prevent people from creating such forms. We have scanners instead that look into the saved forms and filter the words in it which if flagged, will then be marked for suspension.
If a form portrays to be a login form, our filters have a presumption that the form is used for phishing as JotForm does not have the capacity to process authentications and that the user has an intention to collect unsuspecting users' login information.
However, I have made a review on your form and this may be a case of a false positive. Meaning, your form was wrongly construed. I did not find anything malicious with your form. With this I have reactivated your account. You should be able to access your forms now.
