My paypal button is not working properly. Can you help me?

    Whenever I click the submit button on my form this line shows up in the Paypal box:

     

     

    We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience.

     

    Do I need to contact Paypal for this question?

    I tested your form but I wasn't able to replicate this problem:

    Could you please check and let us know if the issue persists?
