Disable specific paypayl products base on Date

Is there a way to set a Paypal product, not the entire form, to disable on a specific date?

Here's my products:

Food Vendor $250 If purchased before Aug. 1, 2017

Food Vendor $300 If purchased btwn Aug. 1 - Sept. 16, 2017

I'd like to disable Food Vendor $250 If purchased before Aug. 1, 2017.

If is possible, would the disable be, in this case, July 31, 2017 midnight by a default time, or is there an option for time?

You can achieve this by setting up the products outside of the Payment field (Paypal). 

So you have to create the items/products using a separate field and then just use the payment field to get the payment.
