    My Jotform receipt has the wrong image on it

    I cloned a form and the image from the original form but changed the image on the new form.  When I get a receipt, the old image appears.  I do not want customers to get confused.

    Upon checking your account I found out that the "2017 Drums on the Dam" form is a clone of the "2017 Knoxville Award". To my understanding, you have updated the header image of the "2017 Drums of the Dam" form, however, when you receive an email notification after a successful submission, you still see the header image of the "2017 Knoxville Award" form, is that correct?

    In order for me to help you, I have created a clone version of the "2017 Drums on the Dam" form to my account. I found out that the although the header image in the form is updated, the header image in the content of the email notification still has the old image.

    Please update the image in the email notification content and that should fix the issue you're having.
