Form Builder 4.0: Square Payment Settings page did not open

    The user wanted to edit her/his payment setting but when he/she click the " Payment Settings" button, the page was shown blank.

    I was not able to replicate the issue on the user's form or on a newly created form.

    I was also informed by my colleague this issue has been fixed.
