I am trying to downgrade my account to a standard free account, we have recently set up another jotform account that we are paying for and this account now only has one registration form for a small event so we do not need the paid for option.
Please can you advice how I can do this as each time I try it asks for a username and password that I do not have.
The username for my account is HRFutures
This may have orginally been set up by one of my colleagues - Rich Tribe or Emma Higgs.

I have now canceled your subscription. You account however will stay PREMIUN until the paid period expires on 08/02/2012.
Feel free to re-subscribe at anytime.
