Hi
I seem to be missing something that I can't figure out. I have read the responses to others. The application has a hidden field for the advisor's recommendation. When a student fills in a grant application, s/he gets a thank you for submission and an email is sent to the advisor that shows the link to the student's application. When I test, I see the recommendation field, can add text and submit. I get the entire application and it looks great. However, when I actually put another email address in for the advisor (my husbands as a test), he gets the email, sees the link and can access the form but the recommendation field is not visible; he sees only the field completed by the student. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Everything else looks great!
You are welcome to look at the form on my jotform account. It is TravelGrant_SC17.
Thank you
Barbara

That is because the hidden field(s) will only appear for the form owner, and when the session is still active in the browser. Other people won't see it.
A workaround would be to add a password protected section for the advisor. Like, add a textbox that will serve as the password area. Show the other fields when this textbox is filled with the correct keys.

Check this demo form: http://jotform.com/70953205132953. Enter 1234 in the Advisor Key textbox.
