I have been trying to enable the App for the last several days . Everything seems to install correctly. Excel2Dropbox shows up in the Autorized Apps in Jotform the permissions are read. Reports to Cloud shows up in DropBox in the Apps Linked section under security and the permissioins are FullDropbox. When I went thru the steps to configure the app, everything indicated that the Dropbox account was linked, the form was properly identified and the path to dropbox was established. The password to the excel report was also entered and accepted. I have submitted several test submissions of the form over the past day and nothing has appeared in the dropbox folder. I have been able to download the report that I want to use without any problem.
I have even tried removing the App from the Authorized Apps in jotform and from the AppsLinked section in dropbox and reinstalling the App. This has not worked everything seems to install correctly but the files do not transfer.
