    pls send steps to accessing my survey form link URL

    1.  i cant access this url link in the  dashboard under my forms  ?  

    2.

    and , whee do i add email id's to send this form out ?

    I test your form URL https://www.jotform.us/form/70986362814162 and it was loading just fine.

    Can you please test again. If issue persist please provide more details on the steps you have taken to access the form URL and how it was not accessible.
