The account username "Barbmcmorris" is registered with your email address "firstname.lastname@example.org".
If you forgot your password, simply click on the "Forgot password?" link, then enter your username, and the reset instructions will be sent to your email address.
If you do not see the reset instructions in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder, and mark it as NOT SPAM.

I still have not received any instructions to change my password and cannot get access to my forms. Nothing has come through on the email account that I set this up with: email@example.com.
Perhaps you need to send the instructions to firstname.lastname@example.org. I do not know why I have received nothing at my comcast account.

any time I attempt to click on a prior the link to the forms, it says it cannot load.

I can see from our logs that the email with reset instructions is sent, I can see you've requested it multiple times. I would suggest you to check your junk or spam folder since the email may have ended up there.
Another way to get access to your account would be to change the address to the Gmail you provided, but you would need to send the request to our email@example.com email address from the current address set up in your account "b*******s@c*****t.net". You could include this thread number "1115508" as reference.
