Multi-user dynamic surveys?

Hi Jotform -

I am wondering if there is a way to have one person fill out a survey with certain details/attachments, having that submitted survey kickoff an email to another person (selected by a survey question linking it to an email) and then having that user be able to add additional info to that survey entry?

Example: I want to be able to upload a receipt to a survey and have that receipt go to my bosses' inbox where he can then approve that expense in the same entry. 

Is that possible?

Yes it is, simply create an email notification to be sent to the second person. In the email notification, the edit link to that submission is already included, so the person can fill or edit the submission:
