Upgrade for premium - We paid but don´t received the new services

    We´d like some help urgent.

    We´ve paid the montlhy tax for Premium account on July 3th but we haven´t had the beneficits yet. We have a marketing promotion that we have to start today and it depends on the form we´ve created.

    I´m waiting for a response as soon as possible.

    The order didn't reflect your Jotform account username and I have refunded the whole amount.

    Please try to re-upgrade by logging in to your account, go to Account Settings and Upgrade.
