    Hi!

I still need to use the statistics but i want to downgrade to starter packages since I don't need to receive more submissions at this Point.  I have 539 Submissions in the jotform tool right now (5 different surveys)  but in the pricing it says storage limit: 500 submissions. What does it mean? I have only used 3 MB.

Can i stil see and change my reports and statistics when I downgrade without having to delete any answers or old surveys first?

    Hello konsultstrand,

Please note that free account has submission storage limit of 500 submissions. Once you cancel your subscription, 500 of the most recent submissions will be retained in your account and the oldest submission which is in excess of 500 submissions will be deleted. I would suggest you to please take a look at the following guide which should help you understand Account Usage/Limits:  https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-Limits

Do get back to us if you still want us to downgrade your account to starter plan and we will do the needful.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
