Entered credit card details and upgrade won't take?

Thank you for reporting us.
When I checked your invoices, I found out that you were charged via Paypal. However, it was cancelled on April 9. I checked also if there is any other payment received by you but found nothing.
Could you please confirm:
1. You made a real payment with your credit card but your account was not upgraded? If so, please send us order reference number?
2. You couldn't make a payment. As, the system did not allow you to make a payment even you entered your credit card detail? If so, please send us the screenshot of site where the system rejects your payment?
