I'd like to know if there is an option to disable the autocomplete option that exist in browsers, much like bank websites do with accountname fields.
It can be distracting for customers that fill in this form every day to see the history of entries in each field.

The autofill is disabled in the form. It's our feature that would let you keep the data in the form fields for an unlimited period. In this case, I think you mean the autosave feature that is built-in in common browsers such as Google Chrome.
Unfortunately, there is no way our form can control this specific setting in the browser. You have to advise your users to manually disable the auto fill. I think most people are aware of this setting so I don't think it's an issue for them.
