What is the best way to integrate my logo into my client questionnaires?

I am evaluating the possibility of adding Jotforms to my Shootproof workflow instead of using client management software for my photography business. I tried to start buildinga  questionnaire, but my logo was on the left in the heading. I think there has to be a better way to have it at the top of the forms I send out?

I would suggest you to add the heading field to your form, it will allow you to add an image and change its width and position. 

Adding the field: 

To add the image and get its properties, click on the gear icon and go to the heading image tab, you will find the options as soon as you upload a heading image: 

If you need to include the heading image  in your emails, you will need to edit them and manually add your logo through the image option:
