I published some jotforms yesterday and I have tried several times in the last 24hours to use the link to test these and I receive the following error message.
I am in China and sometimes we have issues with our VPN so I have asked my IT team to look into it but it is unusual as I can access the website and use it but not the published forms.

I tried to access your form (https://form.jotformpro.com/62638384340963) using a VPN (browsing from China) but I was able to access the form.
If you still can't access the forms, please make sure that the JotForm links (pop-ups) are not blocked. And also please ask your IT team to allow the JotForm sender domains listed on this link: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.
