I have a free account after years of a paid service. I am aware that there are limitations with a non-pay account. But recently, I created a form that is only one of three active (non-disabled) forms in my account. And when testing that form out, by populating the fields (that I made required in my form) and then clicking the 'submit' button at the bottom of my form, I get an error message (please see the first screen print attached).
If it helps, I cloned this form from another form and subsequently hid the embedded PayPal link in this new form that was resident in the old form. This old form, by the way, is now purposely 'disabled' due to it having served its purpose (the end of a certain campaign we were using that one for). We created (cloned) the new form for the convenience of a few of our clients that preferred to pay us in person, rather than through the embedded acceptance link, so I hid it from their view on the new form. I had a client recently inform me that they completed and submitted the new form (with the payment acceptance link hidden), but I did not receive their information. I must say, initially I did not take into consideration given the fact that I hid the PayPal section from their view, that it would still indeed prompt the client for their PayPal information, subsequently in a second popup screen, after they hit the submit button at the bottom of this new form. I do not know if this had anything to do with anything though since I even tried the form after I completely removed the PayPal link section and I refreshed my screen before trying the test again by filling the form and submitting, but I get the same error message.
I also took a screenprint of my account 'desktop' showing the levels of use in my non-pay account, seemingly nowhere near the threshold limits in any of the tracked limitation categories (please see the second screenprint attached).
Can you tell me what might be the precipitating factor for this error message (in screenprint attachment #1), giving what I have informed you of?
Please help me fix this as I really like your services at Jotform and am committed to continuing for the foreseeable future. Thank you, dgunn (info@truenorthhomeschool.com)

Th error occurs when you have enable unique submission in the settings.
This will prohibit submission of the form from same IP more than once
To resolve the issue Navigate to Settings > Form Settings > Unique Submission > Select No Check
Hope this helps.
