Submit Button Not Working?

    Hi,

    We have created a form

    However, once we have filled it in and press submit, nothing seems to happen.

    I have filled all required field on your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. After that I have checked other filed on the form and I saw that you have payment field, with suggest amount and because I have not filled credit card and billing info in payment field, I was not able to submit the form. Have you filled all fields when you tested your form?

    When I removed suggest amount from payment field I submitted the form successfully.

    I would suggest you to remove suggest amount from payment field or make your payment field required.
