How long are photos available to down load

When I try and download photos I uploaded I get a file not available message

How long are they available for 

They don't have an expiry date, unless they are deleted. Can you please provide form name or URL so we can check?

As far as I check your form, I have seen that you have been using the Kloudless File Uploader widget in your forms in order to upload photos.

Please check your Kloudless App Id in the widget settings. Please see the warning: Files uploaded via the Computer option of the File Explorer will be deleted after 30 days unless a custom Kloudless App ID is configured.
