Im getting the notice that Ive reached my maximum storage limit...but cant see how? There are no submissions visible, but it says Ive exceeded my limit?
Can you tell me whats using up that limit? I cant see anything there.
I have the upload form in my Shopify store...www.woodlandblocks.com.au...and the store password is woodland, in case you need that.

I re-calculated the storage limit of your account. It should be fixed now. Could you please check form your side and turn back to us with the results.

I've logged in...and can see that the storage is clear now.
However my last two orders from yesterday and today haven't uploaded. It's
so embarrassing having to ask customers to send through their images again.
Any ideas on why this is happening?

I couldn't find the form on your website.
As far as I check your account named Sam2864 via our admin panel, I have seen that there are no submissions in your account.
I have checked your account history and I have seen that you have deleted 4 submissions belongs to last week as seen below:
There are no more active submissions related to the form in the account.
