There is a user with a form that has a large amount of submissions, 16,000+. New submissions previously were not being forwarded to the sheet so they were instructed to remove the integration and add it back again. This temporarily fixed the issue but new submissions are once again not forwarding to the sheet.

I have checked our logs and it seems that they have removed the Submission-ID column on that form, which breaks the integration.
