How do I get my company logo to print out on the PDF form?

    Hi there. I've created my form and inserted my company logo, however when the PDF is generated, my company logo is no longer visible. Please advise.

    I have cloned your form and tried creating a PDF form in my account. I see that the logo on the form is displaying correctly in the PDF form created at my end.
