Can you please tell me why all of my forms are disabled?

The following field caused your account suspended by our anti-phishing system.
I think, it is not collecting directly a password for an account but system detected password as a phishing activity. Could you please let us know that the information collecting on this field is used for which purpose?
According to your feedback, we will activate your account again.

Thank you for replying back. When people send me an etransfer a security question and answer is setup. To accept the transfer I must know the answer to the question and this field removes any guessing.
I have deleted them from my form but would like to return it to "Etransfer Answer"

Your account is currently in good status. There's a chance that your account might get suspended again if you created a field that has a "Username" or "Password" label.
If that happens, please let us know so that we can manually review it. Thank you.
