    Good morning,

    I have emailed you many times in reference to my account.  Today i received email that I was downgraded.    I tried PayPal and something on your end wasn't working even when I updated the new expiration date on the credit card.  Therefore, last week I did it through credit card.  Then today I get email that I was downgraded.

    Please fix this situation.

    I think your PayPal issue led the downgrade of your account.

    I checked your payment and I see that it has successfully processed. I have upgraded your account.
