Best way to get both long, short and State forms signed through Jotform

I have Docusign & not opposed to buying other widgets if necessary to get both long, short and State forms signed through Jotform.  I may also need a good web platform to host my files to be signed?  Snapshot below of one of the forms we need signed it is 25 pages long, but only need signature - not all the other questions.

I can't understand your query well. Can you please elaborate your issues?

As I understand, you want a document to be signed and uploaded to one of your forms. You can add your files to a cloud platform like Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link of it on your form as a hyperlink, which the submitter can download and sign. After that you can make your users to upload that file with an upload field.

Other than that, as you mentioned, you can use our DocuSign widget. Your users can sign the forms via this widget. You don't need to buy additional widgets or some other thing, you can add this widget to your forms.

When using the Docusign widget do you have to recreate the form to display on your jotform?

This would be difficult since some of the forms I need signed our 25+ pages.  How would I use the Docusign widget to have such a large form signed?

I am not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean you have several forms and you want to have DocuSign widget on each of them? Unfortunately, you need to add them manually to each form. Another way is to clone your form with DocuSign widget and modify them.
