Facbook mobile compatibility

I have a custom Facebook tab with a signup form which works perfect on desktop browsers but will present the error shown on the attached screenshot if you follow the link on a mobile browser or Facebook app. 

I followed the link, and I was able to replicate the issue, can you please advice which method did you use to embed your form on your FB page?

You may want to use custom iFrame apps to embed the form to your Facebook page. Simply follow this guide to setup a custom iframe tab: Adding a form to Facebook (Custom iFrame App).
