Error_socket_not_connected upon a payment form submission

Dear Jotform,

Someone keeps getting Err_socket_not_connected. Please see attached image. Do you know what the problem is? His form will not submit.

It seems that our server was not reachable from user's side. If the issue is affecting a single user, you may suggest that user submitting the form with disabled browser extensions and/or using another browser. The issue might be also related to user's connection.
