I cannot access the payment wizard to change the dates.

    It will say "loading" and will never load. It has been like this for multiple days and I have sent a support email with no response.

    I cannot replicate the problem in your form. I was able to run the configure and get into the settings. Would you mind trying again? You may also consider logging out and logging back in before editing the form.

    If the problem still exists, please check your browser console for possible errors related to it.

    Nothing that I know how to do will fix this issue. I have tried loging out, closing the browser, restarted the computer and it will not allow me to edit the payment wizard on any of my forms.

    I have also checked your JotForm and was unable to replicate the issue at my end. Could you try logging into a private/incognito window or a separate browser to see if that works?
