I configured the Acknowledgement email to be sent to the recipient designated on the form (Required) in the Email field and it did not send. Also, I would like to have the 2 submissions removed, as they were for testing purposes.Page URL:

I've checked your form and I can see you have indeed added an email auto-responder, I can see it is properly set up; however, you seem to have a payment integration to your form, please do note that if the payment is not completed the email will not be sent so I would suggest you to set up emails to send on incomplete payments: https://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mail
