How can I conditionally send a different Autoresponder based on user's input?

    Hi,

We want to show a website on autoresponder email that the customer receives.

We can not just add it to the email manually as we have two possible web addresses depending on one answer selected in the form.

    i.e. select studio one - www.123.co.uk appears

Select studio two - www.abc.co.uk appears

    Any help would be grateful

    Many thanks

    Colin

Hello Colin, this can be achieved by following the guide I'm linking below. Since you never mentioned which from you're working on, I'll just cite an example logic on how this would work:

IF field IS EQUAL TO Studio One

THEN SEND email template for Studio One

IF field IS EQUAL TO Studio Two

THEN SEND email template for Studio Two

    1. You need to have 2 separate and different AUTORESPONDER email templates

    2. You need to use the CHANGE EMAIL RECIPIENT Condition
