I received an e-mail today that says my account has been dowgraded due to payment failure. But the payment has been done in april 9th through paypal.

I have checked your account and see that the account is currently holding Economy yearly subscription. The subscription that was canceled is the earlier one which was linked to your old username 'guest_50697200355049'. I also see that the account is upgraded to Economy subscription on 9th Apr which is active now on your account. The account is currently good in standing and you may ignore the email that you have received.
