I would like to organize my submitted forms based on location # given in the survey. Is this possible to set it up to autosave by location either through excel? pdf? or drop box?

Are you refering to the form builder?
There are features in the form builder that will allow you to track and organize your created forms.
You can create New Folder or Sort. You can make a form favorite (starred) for easy check.
