Is there a standard drop down list for nationality?

Hi there, I am trying to add a drop down box for nationality, do you have one already prepared or do I need to build my own?  I have found I can add a list of countries but I am really looking to add a list of nationalities.  For instance I want to ask 'What is your nationality?' and if the person is from France the answer would be French.

Sadly, there's no way to add a predefined list of ALL Nationalities on the Dropdown field. The only ones we have are the ones you saw, including the Country predefined options.

I found this page after Googling and it shows a list of ALL Nationalities in different formats (this one is in .txt format) so I just copied those and pasted it as the Options of the Dropdown field.
