My notification email is showing the field as 'click to edit' instead of the actual field label

    Why does submission received via email show "click to edit" on some fields?  Even though you can not edit and we know what the field means it should reflect field title (i.e. Client Manager Initials and Branding), thanks.

    That means you have modified the email template causing it not to auto update the correct field names/labels in the form. You need to manually update the labels in the email template to fix the problem.

    Also, your screenshot shows Jennifer Hill, but in the form builder, you have the initials only. Please note that once you decide to edit the submissions, you'll have to select an option again from the dropdown. There is no way you can keep the full name once you edit it since the field is required to be filled again.
