Is it possible to recover deleted uploads?

Ho cancellato i contatti arrivati su 01immagini e 01modigliani, salvando prima il file excel, solo che in questi due form, ogni utente iscrivendosi allegava un immagine. Ora se clicco sul link relativo all'immagine, non funzione piu e non si apre l'immagine. Vi prego come posso risolvere la cosa ? è possibile ripristinare tutto? 

I checked the forms you mentioned and I was able to download some of the images uploaded:

Thank you for the explanation. I understand now. If you deleted uploads with submissions we can not recover them. When the submission is deleted it is deleted permanently.

What you could do is check your Email and see if you can find those uploads in the submission email you received.

nel form 01immagini vi erano  18990 contatti con ognuno allegate delle immagini. Io ho svuotato il form per avere piu spazio, e ora anche se ho il file excel con tutti i nomi, numeri di telefono e i link delle immagini, se clicco sul link relativo all'immagine, mi dice pagina non trovata! 

neanche se vi fornisco il file excel che ho scaricato prima di svuotare il tutto potete fare niente? Nella casella di posta non trovo le immagini. Vi prego aiutatemi

Yes, that is correct, since you deleted the submission, the file is deleted as well. And, unfortunately, we can not recover that file once it is deleted.

If you had Send uploads as attachment option turned on:

Then you will be able to find the uploads in your email, otherwise, I'm afraid that nothing we can do since the files are deleted from the server and we don't have the way to restore them.

ma il file io ce l'ho! se ve lo passo potete reinserire tutto?

Prima di svuotare il formano Fatto il danwload del file di excel ho, Colomba Ho Tutti i Dati degli Utenti Che Si Sono iscritti: quindi nome-cognome-mail-telefono- e immagine di Che arriva venire collegamento. Io ho Tutte QUESTE Informazioni nel file di un excel. Solo Che il collegamento quindi l'immagine, Quando ci clicco, mi non si apre e invece dell'Immagine confrontare forma a pagina di iota con scritto a pagina non is available. Se vi passo questo file excel potete reinserire tutti i contatti nel modulo e quindi rendere funzionante di nuovo il link dell'immagine?

If you have all those files you can try using our Import app http://import.jotform.io/ and try importing the submissions.

sto provando a caricare il file excel ma esce fuori ERRORE FATALE il file non puo essere caricato!

i delete by clicking on "Delete all submissions" in this https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/60704494096359 page.

Before it i saved the csv with all the information of the answers, but not the images.

My action of "delete all submissions" deleted the images also? Is possible to recover the images in someway ?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to recover files or submissions once you have deleted them from your submissions page. 

In order to prevent files to be lost in the future, I would suggest you to integrate your form with a 3rd party cloud service so you have a copy of your files outside of JotForm.
