How to have response on one question re-appear below another question?

Asked by darutherford on April 18, 2017 at 04:04 PM

I have name field setup where student types part of name and they can select from pre-loaded name info. About 4 questions later, I have the student sign the form --therefore I would like their name (as typed or selected from earlier question) to appear under signature. If this possible? I dont want student to re-enter and I dont want to move the initial student name question.

    thanks

Yes, that is possible. You can use a the Insert Text conditions to your form. Here's a guide: Conditional-Logic-Inserts-Text-Calculation-Into-A-Field

Here's my demo form link: https://form.jotformpro.com/71076788877982. You can clone it if you want to check the configuration of the conditions. Here's a guide: How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
