when i send a form, I am not receiving an email notification.
maybe my IP Address needs to be whitelisted?
your help will be much appreciated

In the email notification, can you please try replacing the Sender E-mail to 'email@example.com' and also make sure that the Recipient E-mail is correct.
JotForm doesn't have to white list your IP for now. But you may have to request (at the most) your email service provider to white list jotmails IPs
