Does the Advance Designer feature not work with free membership?

when I click save it just continues to spin. If I go back to design it discards the changes.

The issue was reported earlier today and seems to be fixed now. I cloned the form and tested it myself by making the changes using Advanced Designer

The changes got saved instantly.
