Hi,
could you please confirm me that the data which is stored in JotForm’s European servers in Nuremberg and Frankfurt can not be accessed from the US (= JotForm´s US site)?
Best regards,
DH

Not sure what exactly do you mean by "Data" but as the account owner you're the only one accessing your form's data and you have to use JotForm's EU URL to access it, submissions, uploads etc. Regarding the actual form, it is accessible from anywhere of course.
You can also refer to this article from our founder: https://www.jotform.com/blog/178-EU-Safe-Forms-Our-Solution-to-the-EU-Safe-Harbor-Invalidation
If you have any further questions please let us know.
Thank you!

Hi Nik,
JotForm offers its EU users the opportunity to store their data exclusively in Europe and we did that (= transferred our data to your European servers.)
What we now want is a confirmation that our data which is stored in JotForm’s European servers in Nuremberg and Frankfurt can not be accessed from the US (e.g. JotForm Inc). JotForm already wrote that in the FAQ (see Screenshot above) and we just would like a person to confirm that information.
Best regards,
DH

That is correct. Your forms are stored to our EU DataCenter and cannot be accessed by anyone outside the EU. If you'll send us an inquiry that requires us to view a single data, our Support Team from EU will handle it for you. You are safe with Jotform.
