Account autosuspended?

    Hi, I've been told that my account has been auto suspended and I don't understand why. Can you help?

    It seems like our anti-Phishing system has incorrectly evaluated your form titled "JACKPOT 2" as suspicious or phishing. I don't see any form fields that violates our terms, but I strongly suggest that you check our Terms page here: http://www.jotform.com/terms/. Please read our terms for the things that are not allowed in using our form builder. 

    I went ahead and re-activated your account, the forms should now be accessible.
